Personal Devotions

Personal time spent in studying the scriptures and prayer is invaluable for us as Christians. Just as in any relationship, time spent together deepens love and commitment, so too with personal devotions. As we study God’s word we get to know Him better and our love and commitment to our Lord grows. The Holy Spirit works through the Word working faith in our hearts and a desire to serve our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Ligonier has a vast array of resources which provide ways for Christians to read, listen and gather around God’s truth. From daily devotionals, podcasts, numerous teaching series, books and conference messages, there is wide range of Biblical, trustworthy material to equip Christians for their life of service.

Ligonier Connect allows growing Christians to learn online from an ever-expanding library of interactive video courses. Flexibility to study with others or to pursue a course at your own pace means how you learn is up to you.

Renewing Your Mind is an outreach of Ligonier Ministries. In Romans 12:2, the Apostle Paul tells Christians to “be transformed by the renewal of your mind.” That is the aim of this podcast and radio broadcast. Reformed Perspective is an excellent resource for articles, news and reviews all from a Biblical Christian perspective. They provide a daily devotional, as well as a daily podcast meditation, Manna. Reformed Perspective also publishes a daily devotional Nearer to God. Written by active or retired ministers from Reformed Churches these devotionals are accessible and practical.
